eline.  Furthermore, we have the capabilities to address requirements for burn-in boards, semiconductor test and demo-board assemblies.  Our PCB assembly capabilities encompass Through-Hole to Fine Pitch Surface Mount Assembly (SMT) and we adhere to a system throughout the manufacturing process to provide reliable service.

Technology: 

Up-to-date automated cell assembly equipment for fine pitch, mixed single/double sided, lead and lead-free assemblies. These machines are capable of handling passive packages up to 0201 with expansion capabilities up to 01005 package sizes. Active component packages will include BGA, uBGA, CSP and MCM.

Consignment: 

Customer will procure PCB components and materials and Z.Y.X. Industrial Development Co., Ltd. will complete the assembly. Additional 0% -20% components shall be sent with the consignment to compensate the rejections by the machines.

Turnkey: 

Cost reduction and time management is our responsibility when you select turnkey assembly for your board build. Z.Y.X. Industrial Development Co., Ltd. will order all the components and the materials for the turnkey assembly as the Bill of Materials. Assembly's turnkey material and components are systematically managed for an uninterrupted manufacturing flow.

Integrated Process: 

Our assembly is fully integrated with of various component packages. Additionally PCB testing and repair and repair are integral parts of our assembly service. These integrated services are intended to provide a full functions contract manufacturing service to reduce time and lower cost per manufactured board.

Material Management: 

Our inventory control process secures material supplies, reduces production costs and improves delivery time. Over the past 10 years, Z.Y.X. Industrial Development Co., Ltd. has established effective working relationships with multiple vendors to ensure security of supplies and competitive pricing.

Warranty:

Products manufactured by Z.Y.X. Industrial Development Co., Ltd. will be warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship failure.

Our technicians are trained for assembly and rework that meet quality assurance standards including IPC, customers specific requirements such as medical, telecom and auto industries.

Material storage handling and delivery of finished product/services to meet customer needs are established to meet these standards. In addition, a computer system has been implemented for verification and order validation, control of work progress and engineering change order as well as material control.

Along with the final product, we provide revised assembly documents detailing final corrections. Information such as document revisions, issuing dates and effectiveness are defined.
